Buttle Lilian. The family of Lilian would like to thank family and friends who attended the cremation and service at Yeovil Crematorium on 5th October 2009. Thank you for all the cards, kind words, donations for Southmead Kidney Unit and support you have given us. Our gratitude goes to Dr. Tompson and all the staff at Southmead Kidney Unit and Yeovil Hospital. We can't thank you enough Anna, Mary, all the staff, patients at Yeovil Dialysis Centre and the ambulance crews for their dedication, wonderful care and friendship over the past 10 years.
